Joey Castorena was born in the wagon of a travelling show. His mama used dance for the money they’d throw and Papa would do whatever he could; preach a little gospel, sell a couple bottles of Doctor Good. Wait... that was Cher.
Joey was born in Arlington, TX and lived in the DFW area but moved to Houston when he was 13. Joey has performed with several theatre companies in Houston. His favourite productions include “Hairspray” (Edna) “25th annual Putnam...”(Barfée) “Les Misérables” (Thenardier) and “The Producers” (Rodger De Bris).

Moving to Dallas, TX was the launch of his standup career. Over the years, Casey has not only become a regular at most clubs in town, he’s also had the ability to travel the country, spreading his humor.
